At Team INTERVAL the Trainer will responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, product knowledge, onboarding programs and selling techniques in associated with HR department. The Trainer designs, conducts, and evaluates training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the team. They collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, create training materials, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

In order to succeed in this role, you will plays a crucial role in ensuring that the  team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve  targets and contribute to the company’s success.
