The Senior Business Development Associate (Sr.BDA) is responsible for the leadership and management of
the Business Development Associate team stationed at our brand stalls. The primary duties include
overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the management of walk–in customers, closely monitoring
the actions and performance of the BDA team, and actively motivating and pushing the BDAs to meet and
exceed their sales targets.

- Set clear expectations for team members and ensure they understand their individual roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for managing walk-in customers effectively.
- Ensure that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience at the brand stall.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Act as a bridge between the BDAs and the Marketing Manager, relaying important information and updates.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Motivate and inspire the BDAs to meet and exceed their individual and collective sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
