As a Associate Project Quality Auditor , you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of
projects, with a focus on assessing the performance of Client Relations Officers (CROs),
evaluating tutors’ effectiveness, measuring content quality, and monitoring Project Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and
enhancing quality standards across various aspects of our educational initiatives.
Responsbilities
- Conduct regular assessments of client interactions, including parent meetings, class interventions, and feedback calls.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and competence of tutors in delivering educational content.
- Implement strategies to ensure tutors are aligned with educational goals and standards.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with curriculum objectives and educational best practices.
- Establish and execute procedures for measuring the quality of educational content.
- Develop and monitor Project KPIs to assess the overall success and quality of the project.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement based on KPI analysis.
- Design and implement quality assurance processes to address identified areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement in project workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Montessori/ Degree in Early Childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of project management and quality assurance processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
